The Human Capital Index, initially developed in collaboration with Mercer, is an insight tool published annually by the World Economic Forum’s System Initiative on Education, Gender and Work. The 2016 edition of the Report includes an exploration of new data sources beyond the core Index, informed by a collaboration with LinkedIn and with additional data input from Care.com, Didi Chuxing, Uber and Upwork.
