The first edition of the Readiness for the Future of Production Assessment, prepared in collaboration with A.T. Kearney, is part of the World Economic Forum System Initiative on Shaping the Future of Production. The assessment benchmarks readiness for the future of production for 100 countries according to 59 indicators covering two main dimensions: Structure of Production and Drivers of Production. This global benchmark and related analysis presented here is intended to inform the development of modern industrial strategies by revealing strengths, weaknesses, trends and opportunities related to the changing nature of production.
