Figures B1–B5 show the spread of the minimum and maximum scores for each of the 46 indicators of the Human Capital Index. Scores calculations are based on percentage rates with a minimum value of 0% and a maximum value of 100%. Indicators based on the World Economic Forum’s Executive Opinion Survey have been re-scaled to conform to the 0–100 scale. For the Healthy life years beyond age 65 indicator, the maximum score is allocated to the country with the best performance on this indicator (Singapore), with other countries scored on distance to this frontier.
