Social Unrest

Increasing Social Unrest drops to 14^th place this year, but remains a likely outcome in the minds of respondents. In general members perceived an increasing demand for greater accountability, integrity and transparency by the general public. Much of the actual unrest is characterised as the doing of small groups of social agitators.
